Enos Mutyavaviri
Founder & Chief Executive OfficerWith more than ten years of experience in the aviation sector, Enos Mutyavaviri is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of EM Aviation Consultancy.
Enos specialises in managing the complex technical aspects of the company’s full range of services, developing tailored solutions for aviation operators, investors and private clients.
His work includes strategic operational planning, facilitating engagements between operators and regulators, overseeing aircraft sales and acquisitions, conducting aircraft valuations and assisting foreign businesses entering African aviation markets.
Enos is a qualified and practicing Flight Instructor, as well as a Designated Flight, Radiotelephony and English Language Examiner. He is also an ICAO-qualified Aviation Safety Inspector and previously served at the Namibian Civil Aviation Authority.
During his tenure as Head of Training at the Namibian Aviation Training Academy, he played a central role in expanding the academy’s programmes to include Airbus A330 and A320 training, Embraer 135 and 145 training, Airline Transport Licence programmes, Rotary Wing PPL and CPL training with Robinson R44 ratings, and Aviation Maintenance Engineer training.
While serving at the NCAA, Enos led the development of Namibia’s first RPAS licensing regulations and contributed significantly to the establishment of the NCAA Theoretical Knowledge Examination system.

Operations CoordinatorTadiwa Chimbodza serves as Operations Coordinator at EM Aviation, bringing more than ten years of business development experience across multiple sectors.
She has a proven track record in establishing, implementing, maintaining and scaling business enterprises, with a strong understanding of the systems required to drive operational success in competitive environments.
Her strengths lie in strategic thinking, conceptualisation, marketing and business strategy. Tadiwa places client experience at the centre of business operations and works to ensure that every client interaction is handled efficiently and professionally.
Throughout her career, she has developed and maintained systems and communication channels that support smooth operations, efficient service delivery and a seamless customer journey.
