CEO
With over 10 years of experience in the aviation sector, Enos is the Founder and CEO of EM Aviation Consultancy.
Enos specializes in managing the complex technical aspects of EM Aviation’s full range of services, utilizing his expertise to provide tailored solutions for customer requests. His work often involves strategic operational planning, facilitating engagements between operators and regulators, overseeing aircraft sales and purchases, conducting aircraft valuations, and assisting foreign businesses with their entry into the African market.
In addition to his leadership role, Enos is a qualified and practicing Flight Instructor, as well as a Designated Flight, Radiotelephony, and English Language Examiner. He is also an ICAO-qualified Aviation Safety Inspector and previously served at the Namibian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA).
During his tenure as Head of Training at the Namibian Aviation Training Academy, Enos was instrumental in expanding the academy’s programs by introducing training for the Airbus A330/A320 and Embraer 135/145, Airline Transport Licenses, Rotary Wing PPL and CPL with Robinson R44 ratings, and Aviation Maintenance Engineer training.
While at the NCAA, he led the development of Namibia’s first RPAS (Drone) Licensing regulations and played a key role in establishing the NCAA Theoretical Knowledge Examination.

Operations Coordinator
Tadiwa serves as the Operations Coordinator at EM Aviation, bringing over 10 years of business development experience across multiple sectors. She has a proven track record in establishing, implementing, maintaining, and scaling business enterprises, with a deep understanding of what it takes to drive operational success in a competitive environment.
Her particular strengths lie in strategic thinking, conceptualization, marketing, and business strategy. Tadiwa excels in client relations, placing customer experience at the core of all business functions. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong ability to create and sustain systems and channels that ensure smooth and efficient operations, focusing on delivering a seamless customer journey.
At EM Aviation, Tadiwa plays a key role in coordinating the company’s operations to maximize efficiency and drive business growth. Her focus on optimizing workflows, improving internal processes, and expanding the company’s reach helps ensure EM Aviation remains agile and responsive to market needs, while also enhancing overall performance and client satisfaction
