- Oversized or unusually heavy parcels
- Urgent delivery requests

Any additional shipping cost that cannot be calculated automatically will be communicated before dispatch.

- The designated collection location
- Collection reference number
- Available collection times
- Identification requirements
A valid government-issued identity document may be required before the parcel is released. Customers are responsible for collecting their order within the communicated collection period.

Tracking information may take several hours to become active after the parcel has been handed to the shipping provider.
7. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, selected shipping method and product availability. The estimates below begin after an order has been processed and dispatched.
| Destination | Estimated Delivery Time |
|---|---|
| Windhoek | 1–3 business days |
| Major Namibian towns | 2–5 business days |
| Remote Namibian locations | 3–7 business days |
| Southern Africa | 4–10 business days |
| International destinations | Dependent on destination and customs clearance |
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
8. Delivery Delays
While we aim to dispatch and deliver every order as quickly as possible, delays may occasionally occur for reasons outside our control. These may include:
- Courier or postal delays
- Airline and cargo schedule changes
- Severe weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Customs inspections or clearance delays
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- Remote-area delivery limitations
EM Aviation Africa will make reasonable efforts to assist with delayed shipments but cannot guarantee delivery dates where the delay is caused by a third-party service provider or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Damaged Deliveries
Customers should inspect their parcels as soon as they are received. Where a package or product appears damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us as soon as possible. Your report should include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the outer packaging
- Clear photographs of the damaged product
- A description of the damage
- The date the order was received
Claims may be delayed or rejected where the original packaging has been discarded or adequate evidence cannot be provided.
10. Lost or Missing Shipments
A parcel will not automatically be treated as lost because it has not arrived within the estimated delivery period. Where tracking is available, customers should first review the latest tracking information. If the parcel has not moved for an extended period, please contact us through our Contact page. We will assist by requesting an investigation from the relevant shipping provider. Any replacement, refund or credit will only be considered after the shipping provider has completed its investigation and confirmed the parcel as lost.
11. Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information supplied during checkout is complete and accurate. This includes:
- Recipient name
- Delivery address
- Town or city
- Postal code where applicable
- Telephone number
- Email address
EM Aviation Africa will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information. Where a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or failed collection, the customer may be required to pay the cost of reshipping the order.
12. International Shipping
International shipping may be available for selected products and destinations. International orders may be subject to:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Clearance fees
- Government inspections
- Import permits
- Local aviation or product regulations
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all customs duties, taxes and import charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customers are responsible for confirming that the products they order may legally be imported into their country. EM Aviation Africa is not responsible for parcels delayed, rejected, confiscated or returned by customs authorities because of local restrictions or missing customer documentation.
13. Restricted and Specialised Products
Certain aviation products may be subject to transport, export, import or dangerous-goods restrictions. These may include batteries, electronic equipment, liquids, chemicals and specialised aircraft components. Such products may require:
- Additional verification
- Alternative packaging
- Special courier arrangements
- Export or import documentation
- Additional shipping charges
We reserve the right to cancel or amend a shipping method where the selected method is not suitable for the product ordered.
14. Split Shipments
Where an order contains products with different availability dates, we may dispatch the order in more than one shipment. Where practical, we will notify the customer before splitting an order. Additional shipping charges will not be added after checkout unless the customer approves them in advance.
15. Ownership and Risk
Risk in the goods passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the address supplied during checkout or collected from the designated collection point. Where a customer authorises delivery to another person, reception desk, security point or third-party location, delivery to that authorised recipient will be regarded as successful delivery.
16. Returns Following Delivery
Shipping-related concerns do not automatically qualify an order for a refund or return. All return requests remain subject to our Refunds and Returns Policy.
17. Changes to this Shipping Policy
EM Aviation Africa may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our shipping providers, service areas, pricing or legal requirements. The latest version published on this website will apply to all new orders.
